CAST & OAC Conducted the Project of ASEAN Cultural Cooperation and Promotion in Singapore

           The Center for ASEAN Studies and Training (CAST) led by Asst. Prof. Siri-orn Champatong (Director), and the Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) led by Dr. Siriman Wattana (Deputy Director for Academic and Activity Affairs) and Ms. Chinchira Bunchutrakun (Deputy Director for External Affairs & Overseas Cooperation) and staff recently conducted the Project ofASEAN Cultural Cooperation and Promotion at Royal Thai Embassy, Republic of Singapore. It was much honored to have H.E. Mr. Manopchai Vongphakdi, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore and Mr. Sarmart Pattamasukhon, Minister Counsellor (Labour) at the opening and certificate ceremony. In addition, this project consisted of the workshop of Making Bu Lan Dan Mek (Thai Traditional Dessert) by Ms. Jiraporn Weenuttranon, lecturer of Faculty of Science and Technology, and Thai Food Craving which it was well accepted and appreciated from all participants who are the entrepreneurs, Thai restaurant workers, Thai Association members, housewives and who live in Singapore. This workshop would be the knowledge and skill for their jobs and for the cultural promotion afterwards.
