
CAST & OAC Promoted Thai Arts and Culture in Korea
The Center for ASEAN Studies and Training (CAST) leaded by Asst. Prof. Siri-orn Champatong (Director) and the Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) leaded by Ms. Chinchira Bunchutrakun (Deputy Director for External Affairs & Overseas Cooperation) and staffs have recently conducted “The Promotion of Thai Arts and Culture to ASEAN+ Community” at Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts (DIMA), the Republic of Korea. Additionally, it was our honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr. Komol Pisan (Director, Office of the President) and Miss Toungporn Sirprayoon (Director, Division of General Affairs) in this project.
In the morning session, SSRU delegates gave an introduction of the Office of Arts and Culture included with presenting Thai traditional dress in several eras and demonstrating the flower garland making to the delegates of the Office of International Affairs; Dr. Yoonchul KIM (Director), Mr. Jongmin JUNG (Team Manager), Mr. Wooyong AHN (Coodinator), Mr. Dain CHOI (Assistant) and DIMA students.
