CAST & OAC Promoted Arts and Culture in Japan

          Center for ASEAN Studies and Training (CAST) led by Asst. Prof. Siri-orn Champatong, Director together with Office of Arts and Culture (OAC), Japanese Program – Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Musical Program – Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts included executives and staff recently conducted the Project of Arts and Culture Promotion at University of East Asia (UEA), Japan. In this occasion, it was our honored to have Mr. Kushida Hiji, President of UEA at the opening remarks.

          The activity consisted of Thai Traditional Music Performance by Asst. Prof. Pansak Vandee (Deputy Director for Planning and Administration Affairs), presenting the exhibition of "King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun" by Ms. Chinchira Bunchutrakun, Deputy Director for External Affairs & Overseas Cooperation (English presentation) and Asst. Prof. Premvadee Na Nakornpanom, Head of Japanese Program (Japanese presentation). Additionally, there were 4-activity stations consisted of; Station 1: Dressing the Loincloth, Station 2: Making of the Paper Cutting, Station 3: Making of the Hanging Flower and Station 4: Making of the Watercolor Painting which was well-liked from all executives, lecturers, staff and students who participated.
